The 15-Minute Practice Club is a structured program of short, regular practices designed to support the body, breath, and nervous system.

The club runs in ongoing 4-week cycles, created with care, clarity, and intention.

This space is for those who want to maintain a consistent connection with their body and breath, in a rhythm that genuinely fits into everyday life.

Fifteen minutes is enough to reset, refocus, and gradually build sustainable awareness — without strain or pressure.

Each cycle is centred around a specific theme.

Participants receive access to recordings from both the current and previous themes, allowing practice at an individual pace.

In a fast-paced world, the body benefits from regular points of stability.

This format supports self-care as a consistent practice, rather than something postponed or occasional.

Live online sessions via Zoom follow a stable schedule:

Monday / Wednesday / Friday

All session recordings are stored in a private Telegram channel.

Participants also receive a PDF practice calendar, available for print or digital use, to support consistency over time.
